About Audrey Cole Nantucket

Audrey Cole Nantucket is an online womenswear store built around one idea: clothes you actually reach for. Not the piece that looks striking on a hanger and stays in the wardrobe — the dress, the top, the pair of trousers that becomes the thing you wear until it wears out.

What we sell

Our range covers dresses, tops, trousers and footwear. We keep the collection deliberately tight. Every piece has to earn its place on three counts: it has to feel comfortable on a long day, it has to hold its shape after real wear, and it has to work with what you already own.

How we work

We design and curate our range in-house and work with a small set of manufacturing partners to produce it. Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse and shipped directly to you, which is what lets us keep prices where they are instead of paying for shelf space. It also means delivery takes a little longer than a next-day retailer — typically 6–12 business days from order to doorstep. We say so plainly on every product page and in our Shipping Policy, because a delivery date you can plan around is worth more than a fast one you can't.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

If something isn't right

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return, and our team answers every message within 12–24 hours on business days. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we cover the return shipping and put it right — no argument, no restocking fee. The full terms are in our Return & Refund Policy.
